Why God Made You and Me

Why God Made You And Me

If all that God ever wanted was strength,
He could have stopped when He made the mountains.
If all that God ever wanted was beauty,
He could have stopped when He made the flowers of the field.
If all that God ever wanted was a free being,
He could have stopped when He made the birds of the air.

But God wanted someone just like Himself –
strong, beautiful, compassionate and free.
And so He made man into His own image,
and so God made you and me! 🙂
