I am an inspirer
I cannot steal your sorrows
and bury them inside my heart
so that you may never see them again.

I cannot heal your wounds
I cannot put my smile upon your lips.

I cannot teach you what to do
for you will not follow them anyways.
I cannot save your soul from pain,
for it is pain that awakens you
to seek the path of truth.

This is what I can do-
I can put down my mask
and reveal to you who I really am.
I can show you how I am imperfect and frail
as you are.
I can share you my tears-
tears of sorrow
and tears of joy,
tears that tell you more
than what I could ever explain.

I can share to you my journey
I can share to you my setbacks,
I can share to you my fears
as well as the courage
that has been forged
as through fire.

I can show you
how heaven has helped me
through it all,
and how marvelous life has been
no matter how difficult
the trials were.

By unmasking myself,
I can reveal to you
who you really are-
you are an Inspirer, too!
And you have the gift and the power
to pass on the light
that you have found!

This is the great pause in between work and play
the great silence between a song, and another song

This is Selah, this is s p a c e
This is the point at which the earth neither slumbers nor wakes up

This is the great pause in between crying and laughing
between getting sick and getting well again

This is the time of waiting
without expecting for something soon to come

This is the space between heartbeats
between a heartbreak and a new-found love

This moment is silence
but this is not worth nothing

Everything is stored in this very moment
where everything else proceeds,
and where every great dream is born.

They can never understand
the kind of love that we have
For how could they?
How could they ever fathom
the depths of our bond?

They do not hear our whispers
nor the sweet nothings that come out of our lips,
they do not know the places
where I seek you,
and where you await always to be found.

They do not know the nights
when I lie awake thinking of you,
they do not know the mornings
when I awaken in joy
yearning to see you,
and to know you better than I have ever known you
in days that passed.

we are joined in bliss
as we danced,
