A Song and a Prayer

Many people find it hard to practice their daily intention-manifestation routines. The mind after all, is not so easy to focus on a single specific thought, especially when we have been so used to multi-tasking and filling our minds with several scattered ideas and schedules of our tasks to do for the day.
One technique that worked for me is to be able to use the power of music to help me in concentrating my thoughts and at the same time, my emotions. I remember this also worked for me while I was studying in high school. There was just so much to do, and things seem so difficult that I didn’t know how I’d finish everything in time. There were no inspirational blogs yet to help me through it all, but one thing I had was my cassette player, and its music became my friend and carried me through. Whenever I’d feel down, I’d just turn on a positive song and its message and melody would motivate me and remind me things would turn out well in the end.
Right now, I still use the power of music. While riding a metro-train on the way to work, I’d just play my favorite inspirational songs thru my mp3 player, and for about 20 minutes, I’d have valuable intention-manifestation time.
They say that he that sings well really prays twice. As intention-manifestation is nothing else but prayer, he that listens well also manifests twice as much!
