Why Get Patient?

What is Patience?

Patience is a virtue I did not desire much, it had never been that appealing to me. I was more into “seizing the moment” rather than “waiting” for things to happen.

There is wisdom however in doing things at the right time. If not, we would only spoil what could have been the most wonderful thing, like a butterfly waiting in her cocoon, or a punchline in a joke that can make our stomachs ache.

Patience indeed, has its own value. It is not a passivity, but an activity, an activity that requires utmost discipline and strength! It necessitates confidence and hope that things will turn out the way they were intended to be at just the right moment. It is being able to contain the power within, focus it and release it at the perfect moment it needs to be unleashed.
