How wonderful it is
when a person gives you
her undivided attention!
If only for a moment,
you feel alive.
Someone noticed you,
someone cared,
somebody listened
wholeheartedly
to whatever it is you’ve got to say.
In a world where there are
so many busy people,
too busy to care
or even look your way,
such moments are God-given,
such friends are gifts,
such moments are joys
so close to heaven itself.

Hi Jocelyn .. paying attention to anyone, when you’re having a conversation is so important .. otherwise we’ll won’t know exactly what was happening.
I often get distracted when I realise someone hasn’t actually taken on board what I’m saying .. and therefore isn’t relating to me at all .. but then I let it wash over me!
Enjoy the day .. Hilary
