A Heart of Joy

Fill me with joy so I may share it with your people who are grieving in the dark.

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. The light has shined on those who lived in the land of the shadow of death. You have multiplied the nation. You have increased their joy. -Isaiah 9, WEBBE

Fill My Heart With Joy

Fill my heart with joy, O, Lord
Grant me this so I may be kind
And so that I may have something
To share with humankind.

The world has grown dark
When it forgot your light,
The world has grown bitter
When it forgot your love.

Hearts are aching
And souls are seeking
Some way to relieve
All their pain.

They must know You,
They must find You,
Your happiness and Your light,
So they can be whole again.
