Only Love

We can reprimand others in anger or force them one way or the other by use of fear, but unless one is changed by love, one is never truly changed. Only love penetrates the heart, and in penetrating its depths, it changes it in a miraculous way.

Let us not be surprised therefore if no matter how loudly we speak, we are not listened to. Let us not be surprised if no matter how we speak eloquently and win intellectually, we draw no one towards our beliefs.

People do not need so much knowledge as they need love. People do not need so much judgment as they need mercy.

Only love can redeem us. We only rise up from death if we can live in love.
