  1. “feeding the heart”.A pretty interesting topic. I’ve tried in this so many times and got benefits from it.But the thing is heart is also like a garden as i think.You can plant things.But if you neglect looking it after weeds will be automatically grown and cultivation will be destroyed.But anyway feeding heart always gives me solace…
