There are times when we are able to peek at love
true love
those times when our eyes are suddenly opened
and we believe
This morning, there were three things I’ve asked for in prayer. They just came out naturally, from my heart. They’re simple things many people may not ask for given three things to pray for.
1. Health
I prayed for health so I could do more things and be of service to more people. I’ve noticed that when my physical health was down, all my energies contract and I can’t attend to anyone else but myself. That’s nature’s way, for the millions of tiny living systems in your body to concentrate first in your healing before they could do anything else. I pray for health. When I am healthy I am less irritable, I am more tolerable, I have more buffer in giving of myself and I can accomplish many things.
2. Courage
I prayed for courage to be able to accomplish what is right. We may be given health, but having courage to do what should be done is certainly a different thing. In these difficult times, people often swallow their courage in place of something else, something that often proves to be not worth it. Courage defines your soul, which later on defines the outward manifestation of your being, your life.
3. A Sense of Humor
We may forget many things, but may we never forget to laugh. After all, all things are passing, even our troubles. We are beings of eternity, so what does it matter how many blunders you make today? You will learn out of it, and you will come out of it a better person, a better “you” that the whole world would be thankful for. A sense of humor is a sign of confidence. It tells us we can survive the storm, even if it messes up our hair and drenches our best suits.
I bare my nakedness to the world
that the world may see who I am, not the mask that hides my flaws,
not the mask that hides my beauty.
“I am blessed this moment, I am embraced, I surrender only to love.”
“Let nothing frighten you whatsoever. You are a child of eternity.”
Never ever give up. There is no goal too difficult for those who believe in their destiny
Heaven is so much nearer than we often think it to be.

I dream of a place where I can be understood,
such a place where finally,
I can be myself.
I dream of a place
where people need not be told anymore
what to do,
because they already know it,
because finally,
they’re already guided by their hearts.
I dream of a place
where people can be brothers,
where people can be friends,
where people can be people
and remain to be a people of the sun.
I dream of a place
where I can paint the world
and sing to it my songs;
where I can dance
when I’m filled with joy;
and where I can cry
when I can no longer hold back
my soul.
I dream of a place,
where we all can dream,
and make those dreams come true;
where clouds are as soft
as cotton candies,
and where stars are fireflies
that roam the night;
where children
laugh
and play
and run;
where wings can fly us
’round that magic sky.
Where we don’t have to worry
and where don’t have to wait
for a brighter tomorrow
and a happier today.
Where we can all walk down life’s road
in one direction,
walking hand in hand,
and side by side.
I dream of a place
no further than a step,
of a world
no further than a kiss.
For this world is all we need to have
if we could just
forget,
forgive,
and believe.
IF you were coming in the fall,
I’d brush the summer by
With half a smile and half a spurn,
As housewives do a fly.
