There are many things we think about in this life, things that even cause us to worry and fret about.
But out of so many things that occupy our mind, how many of which enrich our souls in return?
Think about it today. Feed your heart. Many of the most important things are indeed and still – invisible.
Are you searching for hope? Download the e-book today - "Where Hope Can Be Found".
The thing about hope is that it’s a positive force that shines the most when it’s dark. When everything’s going well, we hardly notice it’s there. But when things go against us, when our dreams fade and when we see no immediate reprieve from our troubles, that’s when hope does its best work for us.

It can sometimes be hard for me to “feed the heart” – yet when I do, I really am so much more fulfilled…
Happy to hear that! 🙂
Wonderful focus, Jocelyn!

Thanks! Blessings to you as well 🙂 I’ve visited your website, and I like your post Find Your Center: Find Your Peace. It’s something I always have to remember.
“feeding the heart”.A pretty interesting topic. I’ve tried in this so many times and got benefits from it.But the thing is heart is also like a garden as i think. You can plant things. But if you neglect looking it after weeds will be automatically grown and cultivation will be destroyed. But anyway feeding heart always gives me solace…
You’re right. If we neglect something, weeds grow. We should really take care of the important things and tend them regularly, or we start losing them soon.
Hi Jocelyn,
Wow, your post is short but powerful. I have to ask myself which of my pre-occupations feed my soul. And you’re right – sometimes the most important things in life are the things we cannot see.
Thanks, Daphne 🙂 It is indeed from the soul where the outer things in our lives emanate from. If we want a better life, let’s take care of our core.
Good on you but we only realized how important things are when we lose them. How bad!
I totally enjoyed your inspiring thoughts.
I will certainly come back for more refill often.
Just soul searching writing.
Much success
@Hortense – I’m happy to hear that! Do keep in touch 😉
