Worthy Of Love

Imagine what a
difference
it would make
if you’d no longer need to
prove yourself
or make yourself
worthy to be loved!

One reply on “Worthy Of Love”

I’d like to share a poem I wrote for my wife …

What is a man
what has he got
If he has only himself
then he has naught?

To say the things
he only feels
And not hear the words
of one who kneels.

He’ll have himself
but will be lost
If he has not love,
What has he got?

To understand
how love should be
He has to pray
on bended knee.

He has to seek
so he can see
What Jesus’s life
was meant to be

A life of love
without sin
So that when we die
our life will begin

Alpha and Omega
the beginning and end
God’s gift of love
Love without sin

That we should see
Love in His Grace
When He comes for us
to take our place

To comprehend
what’s wrong or right,
It all began that
Christmas night

So take a stand
Get on your knees
I Thank the Lord
For saving me.
