There is something that only you can offer the world. You don’t have to be extra strong or famous or rich. You don’t have to be the most talented singer or dancer. You just have to be you because you are somebody God has wonderfully meant you to be, somebody wonderful and unique. Nobody else has your smile, your eyes or your touch. Nobody has exactly the same voice or whisper. Nobody has exactly the same heart. Only you can love the way that you can love.
“Never, in all of the seventy billion humans who have walked this planet since the beginning of time has there been anyone exactly like you. Never, until the end of time, will there be another such as you. You have shown no knowledge or appreciation of your uniqueness. Yet, you are the rarest thing in the world.” – Og Mandino
Me and YOU
I am so small,
and You’re so BIG,
how can I ever love YOU
the way You love me?
Sometimes I hate myself
for just being me,
yet how wrong am I
to think that way.
For I am me
because of You,
and You gave up part of You,
so I can be me.
Please help me Lord,
to live with gladness;
Knowing that I am me,
and believing that each moment,
I shall be more of You!

Oh, what a powerful poem and message. We are, indeed, each unique and uniquely loved by God. Could anything be more wondrous? Blessings, Joyce!
