God understands what you’re going through. He wants you to hope in Him and to trust Him, but that doesn’t mean He cannot allow you to cry.
He knows what grief is. He went through pain Himself. He knows the very depths of our wounds.
Must we hide our tears from the One who loves us most? Must we think He could never understand us?
He who is infinitely merciful understands your loss, your fears and your hurts. He not only listens to you, He weeps with you and shares your every tear.
