God Weeps With You

neverashamedtears

“We need never be ashamed of our tears.”- Charles Dickens

God understands what you’re going through. He wants you to hope in Him and to trust Him, but that doesn’t mean He cannot allow you to cry.

He knows what grief is. He went through pain Himself. He knows the very depths of our wounds.

Must we hide our tears from the One who loves us most? Must we think He could never understand us?

He who is infinitely merciful understands your loss, your fears and your hurts. He not only listens to you, He weeps with you and shares your every tear.

Jesus, therefore, when he saw her weeping, and the Jews that were come with her, weeping, groaned in the spirit, and troubled himself, And said: Where have you laid him? They say to him: Lord, come and see. And Jesus wept. – John 11:33-35, DRA
